Privacy Policy

DronePro is an application for agricultural drone pilots to manage job schedules, customers, income, expenses, and reports.

1. Information We Collect

• Phone number — for OTP-based authentication
• Name and home province of the user
• Drone model and service pricing settings
• Customer names, phone numbers, addresses, and GPS pins of work plots (entered/pinned by the user to navigate to the field)
• Job schedules, income, expenses, and unpaid balances
• Profile photo (if the user uploads one)
• Sign-in identifiers — when signing in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email from the provider to create your account
• Voice recordings — only when admin users press the "Voice Assistant" button. Audio is sent to OpenAI for speech-to-text processing. No permanent audio storage on our servers.
• Subscription data — managed by Apple App Store / Google Play via RevenueCat. We do not store credit card information.

2. How We Use Information

• Authenticate users and provide app access
• Save, display, and manage job schedules
• Generate income reports and quotes
• Send job reminders (push notifications)
• Improve app performance and fix issues

3. Third-Party Services

We do not sell user personal information.

We use the following service providers that are necessary for the app to function:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• ThaiBulkSMS — SMS-based OTP delivery
• Apple & Google — Sign in with Apple / Google authentication
• RevenueCat — subscription management (reads subscription status)
• Apple App Store / Google Play — payment processing
• OpenAI — voice command processing (admin only)
• Expo / EAS — app hosting and updates
• Cloudflare — hosting for this website

These providers receive only the data necessary to deliver their service and are governed by their own data-protection agreements.

4. Data Security

We use appropriate technical measures to protect data, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit and Row-Level Security in the database. Each user can only access their own data. The app PIN lock is stored locally on the user's device and is never sent to our servers.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

User data is retained as long as the account is active.

Users can delete their account and all data in-app:

Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account Permanently"

This immediately and permanently deletes all jobs, customers, income, expenses, and profile data. Deletion cannot be undone.

6. User Rights

Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their own data; withdraw consent for data processing; and complain about how their data is used. Contact us at [email protected].

7. Children's Privacy

DronePro is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and in the app.
